Implemented Microsoft and Talend based Information Management platform including a Corporate Data Warehouse (CDW) to support MI reporting and analytics
Assessment of existing infrastructure and software, data ingestion framework & initiatives including the Student Lifecycle project
Defined and refined foundation data model using a series of modelling workshops with the newly formed Business Intelligence Analysts (BIA) Team, business and technical SMEs, business owners and end users
