Many training companies employ full-time trainers, who have little time to keep their technical skills up-to-date. Some use technical experts who have very limited time and support to develop and maintain Training delivery skills. To guarantee high quality Training this problem must be addressed.

At Acuma we deliver “Consultancy Led Training”. We have Training consultants who are fully trained in Training delivery, and are scheduled to take regular assignments working on customer projects in a technical consultancy role, to maintain their technical skills. In addition, we have an “accredited instructor” programme whereby we train and support a number of technical consultants in the skills of Training delivery, so that they can teach courses on a part-time but regular basis.

All our courses are led by consultants with both technical and Training skills, who can deliver Training to the very highest standards, and can provide a practical insight into the components of each course, through their own direct involvement with our customer’s projects.
