Recruitment    

Considerable care goes into recruitment at Acuma. Each role requires a set of core competencies, which we believe candidates should be able to demonstrate. As an equal opportunities employer, it is fundamental that we employ the individual best suited to the role. Selected applicants are invited for interview and part of this process might include assessments based around written tests, allowing the opportunity to probe relevant competencies that cannot be explored in other methods of assessment, such as a basic interview.
