Acuma was commissioned to consolidate the information in the existing systems by creating one environment for the Group HR function within the new organisation.
The solution Acuma delivered provides the ability to construct management reports in a timely and cost effective manner so that strategic decisions can be made proactively on the basis of trend analysis. It also provides monthly KPI (key performance indicators) packs for each division, and is flexible and scalable so that new reports can be added simply in the future.
