In order to improve revenue and profit performance this European airline engaged Acuma to install its Profecy airline analytical solution.

The solution delivered included the PRIME revenue integrity monitoring engine which identifies multiple areas of revenue leakage. PRIME ensures that bookings are correctly made, are ticketed correctly, are flown correctly and that any reservation staff or travel agents that are not adhering to the airlines rules are identified. The resultant information is then used to improve seat availability through the identification of duplicate bookings, impossible journeys and sub-MCT connections, reduce spoilage (whether accidental or deliberate) and recover revenues from travel agents arising from class mismatches, fare rule violations and ticket number changes.
