Acuma had already provided a management information infrastructure for this government agency when they were invited to tender for a solution to enable the publishing and distribution of monthly finance reports.

The solution incorporating Acuma’s acusend™ technology has provided the ability to effectively deliver monthly financial reports across 120 cost centres and approximately 200 end users. Plans are now in place to use acusend to provide transactional information to some 3,000 key customers who are external to the agency in a secure, structured and cost effective environment.
