Business Problem
Ineos Fluor needed a consultancy partner who could help them to find a Primary Service Provider, who would take first line responsibility for all IT Services to take the company forward following divestment. In addition INEOS Fluor wanted to retain overall control and direction of their IT systems.

Acuma Solution
Acuma defined the outsourcing strategy, identified suppliers, managed the Request for Information and ITT processes, supported the management of the Primary Service Provider during due diligence and transition planning phases and provided project support during the transition phase.

The company now has a single service delivery company who will manage the entire IT deliver system, at a lower cost than previously, but allowing INEOS Fluor to retain management control over its core IT services. With Acuma's help, INEOS Flour was able to complete the project successfully and ahead of schedule, whilst ensuring minimal disruption to INEOS Flour's business and working patterns.
