This financial services needed to improve its ability to analyse the range of services provided to its customers and the needs and desires of those customers. The current system was very inefficient and depended upon a overstretched IT function to produce information.

Acuma developed a business intelligence solution that could be used by business users who could easily produce ad hoc reports and queries as well as running standard reports. The system allowed the business to obtain improved management information at minimal cost and in reduced timescales:

  • achieve enhanced reporting capability and immediate access to data
  • increase the application to include personal loans, debt recovery and savings and investments.
