In order to immediately realise significant additional benefit from acusend™, a pre-built document retrieval and viewing portal is a core part of the product, enabling an instant intranet or extranet distribution facility.

This portal ensures secured access to all web published information, either through integrated security and synchronisation, or via prompted logon. Documents are published to appropriate categories, and accessed via a standard tree structure, irrespective of the originating document type, removing any need for the user to be product trained.

Extending this ability to generalise the production management and tools utilised, any document specified as such may be re-queried by an authorised user. This allows a document, whether it be Excel, Word, business intelligence reporting etc. to be re-run by the user, with a new set of parameters.
