Whilst acusend™ excels at distributing information electronically, many customers will have existing external (or even internal) user bases that do not necessarily have (or utilise) newer technology.

For these users, acusend™ can transparently deliver information as either print, through either central or local printing facilities, or as fax documents, integrating with Winfax and Zetafax as required.

A further enhancement to the printing system allows the full pre-bursting and re-collation of reporting such that a complete report pack may be delivered to the print for a user, meaning that all their reports arrive pre-ordered, with headers and separators as required. If printed from a central facility this allows the report print stream to simply be picked up off the printer, enveloped and despatched.

In line with the resilience and recoverability features of acusend™, mislaid or destroyed print can readily be reprinted without having to re-run the corresponding reporting or data warehousing processes.
