Utilising the power of acusend™, Microsoft Office products can become far more powerful and informative in their ability to deliver completely personalised information from their underlying data sources, allowing, for example, budgetary planning spreadsheets to be distributed alongside existing budget reporting information, all containing only the relevant information for the manager concerned, in a highly secure and reliable manner.
These are automated through the provision of standard VBA processes to retrieve and personalise data driven by the variables automatically populated on each acusend™ invocation.
Existing usage example:
A company produces significant business intelligence reporting, in addition to which, some data is retrieved in Excel in order to perform advanced calculation and presentation for each customer.
These spreadsheets are generated and distributed from the same acusend™ schedule as the business intelligence reporting, such that each user/customer only receives the relevant reports and data.
These are then delivered as required (email, print, fax, file system etc.) or made available in a highly secure environment, through the acusend™ web portal / interface.
