We understand every business application has its own unique features, which is why we don’t use one set of testing process to test every application. Instead, we have developed our proprietary testing methodologies. Testing GUI based business applications can be a ‘black box’ activity with testers knowing less about the coding used and involves limited or no programming. Testing a Datawarehouse and reporting applications involves significant programming work, as there are many back end processes that work on data management. Testing products that are otherwise typically tested ‘thoroughly’ by the product vendor involves product configuration & setup testing along with data migration testing before the move to UAT happens.
