Aditya Krishna - President of Saksoft Group, CEO of Acuma
Aditya Krishna is the founder and President of the Saksoft Group and spearheads the Group's wide range of domain experience and market expertise. He brings with him over 24 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry having had a long career with Chase Manhattan Bank in New York and later with Citibank, New York.

In 1990, Aditya relocated to India as a part of a four-member team to establish Citibank´s credit card business in India. He was instrumental in developing the in-house software to run credit card operations. He founded Saksoft in 2000 and identified Acuma as a complimentary organisation in 2006, offering clients local, high value consultancy with global, high quality delivery.

Alan Duncan - Consultancy Partner (Information, Communications & Media)
Alan leads the Information, Communications and Media consulting practice for Acuma. A specialist in information-enabled business improvement and transformation, Alan has over 15 years of international experience in information solutions, performance management and strategic business consulting, gained with organisations such as EDS, KPMG Consulting and The Carphone Warehouse.

Alan's previous engagements for leading Telecommunications and Media organisations have included managing the strategy, implementation and operation of enterprise Financial Analytics, Revenue and Margin Protection, Customer Insight and Provisioning Management solutions. Alan also has a wealth of complementary experience gained in other industry sectors including Energy, Manufacturing, Utilities, Retail and Insurance

Tony Hodgson - Business and Information Management Consultant
With over 35 years industry experience, Tony is a specialist in the application of Information Management. He has a broad range of IT Business consultancy experience including Strategy, Procurements Support, Requirements Definition, Outsourcing, Project and Programme Management, Operational Reviews and Management, Organisational Development, Process Re-engineering and Contract Development. This is supported by a wide range of business experience in many different industries working at all levels within client organisations.

Tony is the lead architect of Acuma’s Information Management (IM) environment model (IVM). He is also the lead architect of Acuma’s IM Asset definition methodology, which includes identification of IM assets, their owners and stewards, definition of governances, the governance authority and supporting organisational structure.

Sena Nallasenapathi Periasamy - Head of Delivery
Sena drives Acuma’s delivery function supported by more than 15 years of experience in IT operations and consulting. He has been with the Saksoft Group since 2000 and played a key role as Development Centre Head before moving to the UK.

In his current role, Sena oversees project execution, client servicing and presales of all Acuma's offerings in Europe using our global delivery model. He has helped many of his clients to benefit from global best practices and right source modelling for their Information Management and Web development projects. Prior to joining the Saksoft Group, Sena was with Citigroup Asset Management Company in the US.  

Vivek Agarwal - Sales and Marketing Director
Vivek has been with the Saksoft Group since its inception in 2000 and has 13 years of experience in building and growing start-up businesses. He leads the business development strategy for Acuma and Saksoft in Europe. Prior to this, he was Head of Business in Asia Pacific region for Saksoft, where he successfully created many long term client relationships.

Before joining the Saksoft Group, Vivek worked with Oriflame, a Swedish skin care and cosmetics company as head of business for western India and Diageo, world’s leading alcoholic beverages company as logistics manager. Vivek holds an Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Masters in Operations Management from NITIE, Bombay.
